Hama Ultra High-Speed HDMI-Cable Certified Conn-CONN. 8K Alu 20 M | A long HDMI connection for your setup

Short HDMI runs are easy to place; a longer route takes more planning. This Hama cable measures 20 metres, giving you room to connect equipment when the HDMI sockets arent close together. Its title identifies it as Ultra High-Speed and 8K, so those are the labels to look for when choosing a cable for a setup built around those requirements. Its aimed at people who need to bridge a real distance, rather than tidy up a short connection behind a screen. The Conn-CONN designation describes the connector format in the product name. The honest point with a 20-metre cable is that youll want to think through the route before laying it out; distance can make placement less convenient than with a short lead. The cable is black, with Alu also included in its name.

Planning the cable run

Before you connect anything, consider where the cable needs to travel and where each end will reach. A 20-metre length can suit a setup where equipment sits across a room or needs a longer route between locations. It can also leave you with more cable than you need, so a quick measurement helps avoid an awkward coil or a route that gets in the way. Keep the path in mind as you position your equipment, and make sure the connection points you plan to use are HDMI. Thats practical preparation, not a performance claim: this product is identified by its HDMI format, 20-metre length and 8K designation, and those details are the basis for choosing it. If the route is straightforward and the distance is modest, a shorter cable may simply be easier to manage.
